It is not possible to exchange a product purchased online.
You may return the product to us within 14 days of reception. Please refer to 利用規約 for details on returns.

You may return the product to us within 14 days of reception by following the procedure indicated below.

We invite you to contact our Customer Service and to mention your order number. We will notify you of the agreement for the return.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Additionally, the security tag must remain intact and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product which does not meet the above conditions.

We will refund the product within 14 days of the validation of the return to the workshop. The refund will be processed using the same payment as purchase.

A personalized product cannot be returned.

Returns or exchanges for items purchased online are not accepted in a boutique.

Refunds will be made directly to your credit card, but please note that processing times may vary depending on your credit card company.
